1956 Japan and USSR normalized bilateral relations.
Tokyo Boeki Ltd started trade negotiations with the USSR
1958 Exported the first Japanese microscope to the USSR
1959 Opened rep office in Moscow
1967 Formalized the status of our Moscow rep. office from the USSR government - of the first company in Western countries to achieve this
1973 Signed a sales agreement for large-scale air-conditionersSigned on the sales agreement about large-scale air-conditioner
1975 Signed a Science and Technology agreement with the USSR National Science and Technology committee
Sold a large-scale press line to major automobile companies in the USSR, such as AVTOVAZ, KAMAZ
1991 Collapse of the USSR. The business environment changed completely as the communist regime was replaced by a capitalist government
2004 Signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement with Russian Academy of Sciences
2005 Signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement with National Academy of Sciences of Ukrainian
2006 Signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement with M.U. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Established Tokyo Boeki (Russia) Ltd in Moscow
Established Kiev rep. office in Kiev, Ukraine
2007 2007 Established Tokyo Boeki CIS Ltd in April
2008 Held the first Young Scientists Conference on Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology (jointly sponsored by universities in both Russia and Japan)
2011 2011 Changed company name to Tokyo Boeki Technology Ltd
